Right-sized offerings are defined as those products or services traditionally offered to large businesses that have been scaled down, usually in scope, functionality, and price, to reflect more accurately the small business experience (see Figure A.8).
As relatively customized products, right-sized offerings are often unfamiliar to their small business audience. Many are also quite complex, and therefore a challenge to market effectively through noncustomized channels.
